Tarpon season is the most exciting time of year. Fishing for the Silver King off the beach is a unique experience with some big rewards! Our fishing guides love it! Tarpon migrate along the Suncoast as the water temps get into the mid to upper 70s. These larger migratory fish can offer exciting days with ample opportunities at 100lb+ fish. The best time of year is May through August.

Our Safety Harbor Fishing Charters will give you shots at fish in the shallows at the 40' to 60' range. So make sure you are comfortable with that distance before booking. Our fishing guides use all Hardy rods, Tibor reels and Rio lines on all of our fly trips. 8wt, 9wt and 11wt rods
